Many Rolls for Hot Strip Mill or Flat Products Mills and other industries are worn-out after it’s useful lifetime. With our state of the art Submerged Arc Welding Machines we guarantee a full refurbished rolls that can be put again in operations more than once. This saves a lot of operating cost and is highly demanded by our customer.

Our Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) Machines are equipped with both wire and strip which are used according to required specifications by customer and can reach 55 HRC for 3-5 mm depth.

To complete the refurbishment not only Submerged Arc Welding is required but also Tempering and Grinding. We are equipped with Tempering Furnace that carries 8 ton and up to 8M depth for single workpiece while for Grinding, our CNC Grinding machines are reaching the best surface roughness which elongates the lifetime of the Rolls and provides smooth contact during operations.
